Overview

This project focused on the early experience design phase of an AI-driven insurance website, with particular attention to simplifying a highly complex content structure and terminology-heavy domain.

The goal was to translate complex insurance processes and AI-driven functionality into a clear, structured, and user-friendly digital experience that users could navigate with confidence.

Goal

UX Findings

The domain presented dense terminology, layered policy structures, and multi-step decision processes that could easily overwhelm users. There was a need for clearer content hierarchy, guided user flows, simplified language framing, and transparent explanation of AI-driven recommendations to build trust and reduce cognitive load.

Design Strategy

The strategy focused on restructuring information architecture, breaking down complex workflows into guided steps, and defining clear content groupings. Emphasis was placed on progressive disclosure, logical sequencing, and structured layouts to make technical information easier to understand and navigate.

Impact

The structured UX foundation reduced complexity, improved clarity of user journeys, and established a scalable framework for building a more intuitive and trustworthy AI-powered insurance platform.

Let’s build something together

If you're developing a digital platform, refining a web presence, or evolving an interface thoughtful design can make the difference.
