Overview

Designed a responsive website for a US-based company operating in the Quality Management Systems (QMS) domain. The project focused on presenting complex compliance-driven services in a clear, structured, and credible digital format.

The goal was to simplify technical QMS offerings, improve navigation clarity, establish trust through structured content presentation, and create a responsive experience that effectively communicated expertise to potential clients.

Goal

UX Findings

Initial analysis revealed that QMS-related content tends to be dense and terminology-heavy, which can overwhelm users. Clear service segmentation, strong credibility indicators (certifications, industry expertise), simplified messaging, and guided call-to-action placement were critical to improving usability and engagement.

Design Strategy

The design approach centered on structured information architecture, clean visual hierarchy, and modular content blocks to improve readability. Technical information was broken into digestible sections, supported by clear headings and visual cues. Responsive layouts and consistent design patterns were implemented to ensure scalability and cross-device accessibility.

Impact

The designed website improved clarity of communication, strengthened professional credibility, and created a structured, user-friendly platform that better supported lead generation and long-term content scalability.
