Overview
Worked with client leadership to align on product vision, then translated priorities into actionable designs with project managers and developers for a US-based B2B AMS product. My work included modules such as Membership, Events, Coaching, Booth, Communication, Reports, Fundraising, Grants etc, spanning numerous complex workflows.
The goal was to design a scalable, user-centred solution that simplified complex workflows, improved usability, and aligned with business objectives. The focus was on creating clarity, efficiency, and consistency across the B2B SaaS product while supporting future growth.
My Role
In this project, I mapped out simplified user flows and created low-fidelity wireframes to explore solutions. These were evolved into interactive prototypes in Sketch and tested with representative users to refine the experience. The final designs focused on clarity, responsiveness, and scalability, supported by a consistent design system. For handoff, I used Zeplin to provide detailed specifications, organized style guides, and interactive prototypes, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers and preserving design integrity through implementation.
